Writing

I write to communicate for my Clients. Some of these leveraging opportunities include:

	Sharing the lessons learned while improving an individual software group's performance. Other groups at the company can often follow a similar formula to improve.
	Publicizing upcoming speaking engagements at a Client site to set the right expectation of what attendees can learn.

The big news on Writing is, of course, The BOOK - Watch for Bob's new Book -
Getting Software Out on Time ... for a Change! from Prentice Hall by the end of the year.

Watch this space --- I have received permission from Prentice Hall to electronically publish snippets of the book as it draws closer to hitting bookstore shelves.
